Same Day Shipping - Orders received before 12:00 pm Eastern Time are usually shipped the same day. We maintain a deep inventory of Tormek T-7 systems, accessories, accessory kits, upgrades and replacement parts. Backorders are very, very rare and you’re never charged twice for shipping. Accessory and parts orders that are about 5 pounds or less are usually shipped by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail Service, which is normally 2 to 3 days to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Over 5 pounds, orders are shipped by UPS Ground and your tracking information will be e-mailed to you when we ship. |

Extended Warranty - Tormek backs their system up with a rock solid 7 year warranty. SharpToolsUSA has been the warranty provider in the United States since the second year of our alliance. We’re so confident in the system, that we will extend the warranty another three years to our customers. You get 10 full years of warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. That warranty covers both private and commercial use of the system. Obviously, it doesn’t cover wear items such as the grindstone or drive wheel, and it does not cover damage from misuse. Other than that, if it breaks, we fix it. |
